A very special place
The service at the Londonderry Arms was
exceptional. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing was too much trouble. We were on a
walking holiday and the staff were very helpful
regarding local walks and places to visit. The
hotel is very inviting, with spacious lounges
for relaxing over tea or coffee, with comforting
roaring fires. Excellent food freshly prepared.
I cannot think of anything they could have done
better and all at a very reasonable cost! |

There are numerous shops and factories within a short drive
from the hotel specialising in linens, woollens and high fashion.
There are also a number of specialist antique, craft and jewellery
shops in the locality. Details and directions are available from
reception. There is a wide range of leisure facilities within 20
minutes driving - swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, 5
keep fit clubs and recreational parks. There is an excellent
library in the village and there are a number of hairdressers. |
